Representative Example
Based on interest only bridging loan. If you borrow £100,000 over 1 year at a rate of 0.6% pcm / 7.2% p.a fixed for the term, you will pay 12 instalments of £600 per month and a total amount payable of £109,850. This includes repayment of the net loan, interest of £7,200, an arrangement fee of £2,000 and administration fee of £650. The overall cost for comparison is 9.85% APRC.
Invest
With access to the Angel Property Fixed Income Bond, we give sophisticated investors the opportunity to benefit financially from the loans we make to our clients.
All of our loans are fully secured against UK real estate assets and include full personal guarantees from our borrowers.
Our minimum investment is £25,000 and the minimum investment term is 12 months.
Interest can be paid monthly in arrears or in full at loan maturity.
A fixed interest coupon of up to 10% is offered to our investors.
All of our loans are secured by way of a first ranking legal charge over the underlying property asset.
In the event that the borrower fails to repay the loan, then the loan may be recovered by repossessing and selling the property subject to the value of the property when it is sold.
